Politics of Peace: What's Behind the Anti-War Movement

I am not sure why this book is not more popular. Then again, I highly doubt it would be required reading at today's universities. For the benefit of full disclosure I have not read the whole book yet, but will post some of the more juicy stuff when I get a chance. In the meantime, here is a great overview of the book:

USNavyVet, what a fabulous blog! I am putting you on my blogroll.
I am researching information on how the Communists perpetrated the propoganda that fed the anti-war movement on the war in Viet Nam and how it is in direct parallel with what is happening today, especially with the latest crap the DHS and Napolitano recently published. I will be linking to your blog with full credit. Thank you for your service and your efforts on this blog as well.

PS I'm in agreement, Jethro Tull was the best band ever!

Wow, thank you so much for you kind words. I don't get nearly as much time as I'd like to write in here, but this topic is very hard to ignore, yet there are so few books documenting it.
